What is the Statute?
Possession of not more than 28.5 grams of cannabis, or not more than eight grams of concentrated cannabis, or both.
What is the Penalty?
Underage possession of marijuana is an infraction punishable by completion of four hours of drug education or counseling, and up to ten hours of community service over a period not to exceed sixty days.
Upon a second offense, six hours of drug education or counseling must be completed alone with twenty hours of community service over a period not to exceed ninety days.
